Add "Build" tab in the Gradle Build launch configuration

      Description

Currently, in the Gradle Build launch configuration there are the following tabs:

      • Gradle Tasks
      • Refresh
      • Common

A "Build" tab, just like the one for the Ant Build launch configurations, would be useful, in order to let the user choose if a build (of the entire workspace, of the containing project or of selected projects) should be performed before launching the Gradle script.

See also STS-2998. The most important requirement there seems to be that it should be possible to disable builds if they are not necessary.

I deleted that bit of text. I misjudged the similarity anyway so the issue I meant to link is in fact not similar. Thanks for noticing the copy paste error.
