      Description

      Grails 2.0 when running without ANSI support prints duplicated output like this:

      | Compiling.
      | Compiling..
      | Compiling...
      

      It would be nice to at least somehow suppress these duplicates.

        Implemented this by intercepting the output streams and transforming the output to remove duplicates.

        The code is a bit 'finicky' (multi-threaded, low-level stream hackery) so there's some risk of bad bugs causing deadlock etc.

        So... just in case, I've also added a preference on the "Groovy >> Grails >> Launch" page to disable it if it should be acting up.
