      Description

      I have a flow definition that includes the element:

      <webflow:transition to="#

      {requestScope.lastStepId}" />

      The editor marks this element as an error and states: Element transition references a non-exiting state "#{requestScope.lastStepId}

      ". If I changed the name to "$

      {requestScope.lastStepId}

      " then the error goes away but the flow fails because the expression is not a valid SPEL expression.

      I am using WebFlow 2.3.0 with Spring 3.0.4.
