      Description

      See this forum post:
      http://forum.springsource.org/showthread.php?110627-How-To-Stop-STS-Cloud-Foundry-From-Doing-A-Build-On-Every-Change

Summary. Because CF is 'always on' it will be asking for the Grails App module contents which keeps triggering war build on small changes. This is quite annoying to users.

This is not so bad for TcServer because war builds are suppressed if the server is off.

I seem to have the exact opposite behavior than that described by the user in the forum. No matter what setting I put for "publish". Nothing gets published and the war build is not running.

When I restart the app from the servers view, the war build runs (if needed) and the app gets published.

Whatever caused the continual war building seems to have been fixed in 2.7.0.M2.

I've raised an issue about the publish options not working:
        https://issuetracker.springsource.com/browse/STS-1835

I'm closing this bug. Since it seems to have been fixed.
