      Latest feedback:

      • Ability to create a new @Controller class (so I don't have to put that @Controller annotation on the class myself). Provide an option that allows the base @Controller path to be specified, and another option that allows for defaulting based on the @Controller class name.

Added content assist for @ContextConfiguration locations (or value). I will open another bug for the @Controller comment.

      Hi Kaitlin,
      that's a nice feature!
I have just done some testing, and saw that it only auto-completes when you haven't started typing the file name.
For instance, let's say that I have a file called "infra-config.xml".
At this stage, I cannot start typing "infra" and then do CTRL+Space.
Would it be possible to add this feature?

Also, what about completion of the Spring config file names inside web.xml? We could imagine having the same feature inside web.xml as well. That would be a nice addition to the templates that you have created for web.xml (see STS-2605).

Not completing the filenames is a bug. It did work, I have witnesses that it worked. I will go fix it.

BTW, sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner. My notices of comments on a JIRA issue are more subtle when the issue has been closed. My bad.

I opened another bug – STS-2624 – on the filename not completing.

I also opened a feature request – STS-2625 – on the completion of Spring config file names, that's a good idea.

Uh, I mean that it worked in the past, when I was developing.
