      Description

We are using com.springsource.com.ibatis-2.3.4.726.jar bundle. If the dm-server is not connected to the internet, then the startup of our persistance bundle fails, because the parser cannot reach ibatis.apache.org

This can cause errors in production if "ibatis.apache.org" is not reachable (server won't startup). In addition it is prevents offline-development.

this issue can be closed... our problem was that we used import-package statements and not import-bundle. So the package containing the dtd was missing.
