Running clean on a server dosn't refresh the servers repo index

        Can you provide more information about this please.

        if you refer to the "Clean" action on the context menu, this has no connection to the -clean flag of the server.

        I am refering to the "Clean" action on the context menu and assumed it would do something similar to the -clean flag. If this is not the case could it be renamed to avoid confusion and I'd like to be able to do this. The -clean flag just delets the work and serviceability directories. The big thing here is that the servers repo index file gets wiped so if I've been messing with whats in the repo I can be sure that new apps will pick it up. Does the refresh button on the repo view do this or just update STSs view of whats in the repos.
